Large Parties & Weddings (6 Hours)
- Maximum Group Size: 200
- Time Limit: 6hrs, plus 4hrs for set-up
- Cost: $450.00 and $100 extra for every hour extended.

Small Parties & Meetings (4 Hours)
- Maximum Group Size: 200
- Time Limit: 4hrs, plus 2hrs for set-up
- Cost: $350.00 and $100 extra for every hour extended.
